适用范围：
潜水搅拌机可在下列条件下正常连续运行
介质温度不超过42；
介质的PH值在5-9；
介质密度不超过1150Kg/m3;
长期潜水运行，潜水深度一般不超过20M。如有特殊要求，请与本公司取得联系。
特别提示：潜水搅拌机必须完全潜入水中工作，禁止在易燃易爆和强腐蚀性及高温的环境中工作。针对特殊工作，公司可为用户提供特殊设计。

结构特点：
1、QJB系列潜水搅拌机产品是选用多电机，采用直联式结构，能耗低，效率高；叶轮通过精铸或冲压成型，精度高，推力大，外型美观流畅，结构紧凑。
2、QJB系列潜水搅拌机的电机绕组为F绝缘，防护等为IP68。在污水厂的曝气系统中配合使用，可使系统能耗大大降低，且充氧量明显提高，能有效的防止沉淀。根据工艺要求，直联式潜水搅拌可配用导流罩。
性能特点：
1 结构紧凑、操作维修简单、安装检修方便、使用寿命长；
2 叶轮具有的水力设计结构，工作效率高，后掠式叶片具有自洁功能，可防杂物缠绕、堵塞；
3 与曝气系统混合使用可使能耗大幅度降低，充氧量明显提高，有效防止沉淀；
4 电机绕组绝缘等F，防护等为IP68，在污水厂的曝气系统中配合使用，可使系统能耗大大降低，且充氧量明显提高，能有效的防止沉淀。根据工艺要求，直联式潜水搅拌可配用导流罩。

操作系统：
1.潜水搅拌机的用设备安装系统可在无需排出池中污水的情况下，能快速设备和拆开潜水搅拌机
2.当池深H<4米时建议选用设备安装系统。潜水搅拌机的潜水深度能够根据需要进行笔直方向的调理，而且在水平做作内可绕导杆旋转的大视点为正负60°起吊体系底座、支撑架和下托架与 池的有关连接面均选用膨胀螺栓固定，无需预留孔。设备体系二用导向钢绳代替导杆，具有运送便利，现场设备简略等特色。该体系从根本避免了因为运送引起导杆弯曲的、变形然后影响正常 使用的情况，并有效改进了池深过深情况下，因为导杆的设备误差而导致的无法正常起吊等现象。在有悬臂池顶的设备条件下更显得操作便利牢靠。
3. 客户订货时，请供给池深H及池形图，以便厂房加工时确定导杆或导向钢丝的尺寸。设备体系的原料选用不锈钢(或碳钢)制造。设备体系中除导杆或导向钢起吊底座外，多台搅拌机可公用 一套起吊设备。
设计要点:
导杆或导向钢丝应与水平笔直，可选用铅锤校对; 吊钩在起吊潜水搅拌机时，叶轮端较水平面应上仰5°-10° 通过起吊设备上的链条的调理，使得潜水搅拌机沿导杆或导向钢丝滑下过程中，起吊钩和潜水搅拌机的起吊重心处于同一笔直线上。
