产品简介桨叶搅拌机是一种集搅拌分散、混合为一体的多功能 设备，适用于电子电浆料、粘合剂、模具胶、硅酮密封剂、聚氨酯密封剂、厌氧胶、油漆、油墨、颜料、化妆品、药膏等电子、化工、食品、制药、建材、农药行业的液与液、固与液物料的混合、反应、分散、溶解、均质、乳化等工艺。

构造及工作原理:

搅拌机由电动机、立式减速机、机架、联轴器、主轴、浆板和水下轴承等组成。当电动机接通电源后经过减速机减速，由联轴器把扭矩传递给搅拌机主轴带动浆板转动，从而搅拌液体。四、设备安装调试要求:

1. 起吊安装检查基础尺寸是否与设备的安装尺寸相符合；

2. 检查池（罐）顶与底的安装高度是否正确，允差±20mm , 当达不到要求时可在机架或底部支座下垫钢板修正；

3. 设备找正后，将机架和底部支座下的底板点焊在预埋件上，用人力推动设备转动应均匀、无卡滞， 后将垫板与预埋铁焊牢;

4. 减速机用油润滑，机架轴承用脂润滑，油的加注或补充要求详见减速机使用说明书；

5. 底座轴套内加铅基润滑脂，用石棉盘根密封；

6. 接通电源空载运转正常后，再投入负载运转, 旋转方向为俯视顺时钟；
技术参数

维护和保养要求

1.定期巡视运行情况, 如出现异常, 应立即停止运行,查明原因, 修复后方可再次运行;

2. 严格按照减速机使用要求加注和更换润滑油和日常维护工作。

3. 机架处滚动轴承应定期(一～二年)清洗并更换滑脂;

4. 底座内轴套应每年一次检查磨损情况，磨损严重时应更换；

5. 根据大气污染情况定期检测防腐油漆层的状态, 必要时必须重新油漆。

6. 应定时对电控箱进行检查，是否有触点松开，应去除灰尘；

7. 管理好电控箱，不让外人打开及破坏；

8. 电控系统由zhuan职电工保养和维修。

立式搅拌机的安装与调试

a） 安装将搅拌轴安装轴承位置涂黄油（如有轴承）；

b） 将机架安装在混凝土或工作桥上；

c） 安装减速机；

d） 用联轴器将搅拌轴与减速机轴相联接；

e） 用紧定螺钉将联轴器与两轴并紧；

f） 安装桨板（如是多层桨板，其间距可根据工艺定）；

g） 整机运行调试，注意旋转方向。
