QXJ吸沫机可以有效抽吸去除水面上的泡沫以及一般可破碎结渣等漂浮物，同时能通过旋转叶轮破碎混合输向池底。主要应用于污水处理工艺中去除生物池水面上漂浮的泡沫状浮泥，防止浮泥在水面上聚积、干化结块，保持水面清洁。也可以用于其他类似泡沫状浮泥的场合。
结构及工作原理
该机主要由浮筒、导流筒、潜水电机和叶轮等部件组成。导流筒借助浮筒的浮力呈竖直方向悬浮在水面下，吸口朝上，贴近水面，出水口向下，潜水电机和叶轮置于导流筒中。当电机驱动叶轮高速旋转时，导流筒吸口上方附近的浮泥连同水被吸入导流筒，在叶轮的作用下经破碎后从导流筒出口泵出，被送入水下。由于浮泥中的空穴被水填充后，其比重大于污水的比重，泵入水下后不再上浮。同时，吸沫机在工作时还作脉动升降运动，吸沫口跃出水面捕捉泡沫和浮泥，可有效破除轻质泡沫和块状浮泥在水面上形成的“搭桥”。由于吸沫口上方的水被抽走后形成的液位差使较远处的泡沫浮泥不断地流向吸沫口上方，从而达到清除整池水面泡沫浮泥的目的。
