产品简介：
加药装置主要配套压滤机、气浮机等污水处理设备使用。用于电厂、石油、化工、环保、供水系统等行业的给水、炉水、循环水及废水处理，具溶药、投药、搅拌、输送液体与一体的成套设备，主要有溶药箱、无调速器、搅拌器、加药箱、磁力泵、流量计以及各种阀门管件等组成的一体化装装置。这种工厂化的整套装置，可大大减少设计和现场施工的工作量，对整机的质量、安全和现场投运提供了可靠的保证。如投加混凝剂、絮凝剂、磷酸盐、氨液、石灰水、水质稳定剂(缓蚀剂)、阻垢剂、液体杀虫剂等。
工作原理：
加药装置根据所需药剂浓度，在溶药箱内配制，经搅拌器搅拌均匀后投入加药箱、用磁力泵(加药泵)向投药点或指定的系统中输送所配制的溶液。成套加药装置具有结构紧凑、安全简单、操作使用简便等特点。该装置还可根据用户不同工艺流程的要求，进行有针对性的设计、配置必要的部件，经济实用。

2.运行稳定可靠，故障率低，维护费用少。
3.操作简单、维护方便，使用寿命长。

5.具有缺药报警、联动启停机功能。
加药装置选型注意事项:
１、用户选用加药装置时，先要根据系统需要投加溶液量来确定选用规格(包括磁力泵参数、搅拌箱容积、溶液箱容积及现场条件)，再根据投加情况、确定投加方式；
２、根据需要选取加药装置各部件的材质(不锈钢、碳钢、非金属材料)、磁力泵型号或向我公司提供所加药剂的参数(名称、浓度、温度、密度、粘度、腐蚀性等)，如直接配套我公司的气浮设备，则按我公司的配置即可。
３、其他对加药装置的特殊要求。
注意事项:
1、开机检查：
1）检查所有管道、阀门处于正常工作状态。
2）检查各加药设备的无调速器及磁力泵、搅拌器处于正常工作状态。
3）检查电气设备处于正常工作状体。
加药装置基本配置明细:
1）溶药机、贮药箱各2台，操作台1台，减速机2台，转子流量计2台，磁力驱动泵 2台
