产品用途：
螺旋压榨机为格栅机配套设备，把格栅机捞取的污物通过该机压榨以减少其水份和体积，便于运输。
工作条件：
螺旋压榨机由挤压螺旋、螺旋管、传动部件、进料斗及卸料斗等组成。污物由进料斗进入螺旋管，在挤压螺旋的作用下，压缩、脱水后输送至出渣口。
产品特点：
结构简单，占地面积小，安装维护方便；除进出料口敞开外，其余部分均可加盖封闭，物料不会外溢，减少空气污染。
1、采用无轴螺旋、与物料接触面小，摩擦力低，可以提高挤压效率。并且无堵塞，无缠绕现象;
2、设备采用不锈钢制造，强度大，耐腐蚀性好，使用寿命长;
3、驱动装置采用轴装直接驱动方式，运行平稳可靠，能耗省;
4、出口设有弹簧挡板增大挤压力，提高脱水率;
5、除进出料口外，其余采用密封结构，使用环境清洁卫生。
应用域：
1、用于对给排水泵站、污水处理厂、自来水厂中的拦污格栅截留的渣物进行脱水、压缩;
2、造纸、制糖、酿酒、食品加工、屠宰、皮革、纺织、印染、石化等工业废水处理中的栅渣或滤渣的脱水、压缩。
