不锈钢螺旋输送机长度说明书
使用说明
用于污水处理厂输送中、细格栅除污机栅渣和污泥脱水后泥饼等物料。WLS型无轴螺旋输送机由无轴螺旋、U型槽、衬板、盖板、进出口和驱动装置组成。物料由进料口输入,经螺旋推动后由出料口输出。
1、构造简单、料槽中无轴承,物料输送流畅,维修简便。
2、根据需要,可采用本公司万向节联轴器,彻底根除断轴的隐患。
3、除进出料口敞开外,其余部分均可加盖封闭,物料不会外溢,减少空气污染。螺旋压榨机是拦污格栅的配套设备，它是由进料斗、压榨螺旋、螺旋管、排渣管和驱动装置组成。格栅捞取的栅渣或过滤后滤渣从进料斗进入螺旋管，在压榨螺旋的作用下被挤压、脱水。从物料中被挤出的水透过滤网汇集到接水盆并由排水管排出，物料被压缩后经排渣管排出，从而可以大大地减少栅渣等杂物的重量和体积。螺旋压榨机由排水区、进料区、螺旋输送区、出料区组成
