1. 叶轮由不锈钢、碳钢精铸或者冲压成型，叶片呈现的是后掠式，效率非常高，并且具有防缠绕功能。

2. 主机内有两道独立的机械密封，这个机械密封可以更好的保证电机可以可靠的长期的运行

3. 电机轴是不锈钢材质，耐腐蚀，耐高温，保证运转平稳

4. 润滑轴承是进口的高质量一次性的润滑轴承，使用寿命可达10万小时

5. 尾部有独特的电缆密封设计，以免电缆漏水等隐患

主机内部有泄漏传感器和定子绕组超温保护报警装置，保证机器安全平稳运行

操作系统：

1.潜水搅拌机的用设备安装系统可在无需排出池中污水的情况下，能快速设备和拆开潜水搅拌机   

2.当池深H<4米时建议选用设备安装系统。潜水搅拌机的潜水深度能够根据需要进行笔直方向的调理，而且在水平做作内可绕导杆旋转的大视点为正负60°起吊体系底座、支撑架和下托架与 池的有关连接面均选用膨胀螺栓固定，无需预留孔。设备体系二用导向钢绳代替导杆，具有运送便利，现场设备简略等特色。该体系从根本避免了因为运送引起导杆弯曲的、变形然后影响正常 使用的情况，并有效改进了池深过深情况下，因为导杆的设备误差而导致的无法正常起吊等现象。在有悬臂池顶的设备条件下更显得操作便利牢靠。   

3. 客户订货时，请供给池深H及池形图，以便厂房加工时确定导杆或导向钢丝的尺寸。设备体系的原料选用不锈钢(或碳钢)制造。设备体系中除导杆或导向钢起吊底座外，多台搅拌机可公用 一套起吊设备。   

设计要点:   

导杆或导向钢丝应与水平笔直，可选用铅锤校对;   吊钩在起吊潜水搅拌机时，叶轮端较水平面应上仰5°-10°   通过起吊设备上的链条的调理，使得潜水搅拌机沿导杆或导向钢丝滑下过程中，起吊钩和潜水搅拌机的起吊重心处于同一笔直线上。
