如克太阳能微孔曝气机水体治理曝气机由于河道底部大量沉积淤泥，水体表面累积大量藻类，隔断了空气与水体自然交换，底层处于严重缺氧状态，导致鱼类死亡，水草绝迹，自净能力丧失，如克光伏微孔曝气机利用光伏供电带动风机，进行水体深层微孔增氧，解除水体分层，减少底泥逐渐矿化，恢复水体自净能力。利用光能长期的保持水体的新陈代谢。
产品主要用于河道增氧，水体的扩散能力比叶轮式增氧机更好。它采用供气主管与先导气槽同橡胶膜可张孔进行微孔曝气。其结构简单、氧利用率高、性能可靠、气孔不堵塞、污水不倒灌、环向受力均匀、寿命长、安装维修方便、系统价格低廉等特点。是目曝气器中较经济合理曝气机。
产品结构
太阳能微孔曝气机主要由光伏板组件、高压鼓风曝气机、微孔释放器，续电池组及控制系统等组成。微孔释放器采用固定微孔曝气盘或微孔曝气管，利用微孔释放出微小的气泡，延长气体在水中的停留时间，有利于氧的传输，提高融氧率，使曝气效率得到提升。
1、采用管式结构，膜所受张力比盘式曝气大为减小；
2、采用先导气槽结构，曝气组件无浮力；
3、胶膜采用天然像胶及抗老化配方，膜使用时间长；
4、采用不锈钢连接紧固件，接口不易漏气，拆卸方便。
工作原理
光伏电能带动风机高速运转，压缩空气至微孔释放器，使水体与微小气泡充分接触，形成气水混合体，利用气泡形成上升水流，控制沉积物和淤泥的积累，使整个水体溶解氧保持在均匀状态。通过增氧促进好氧生物分解水中污染物，有效防止厌氧消化，控制腐烂恶臭味，后期建立水体自净的生态平衡。
