适用范围

如克潜水轴流泵混流泵是我公司在消化吸收国内技术的基础上，与国内高等院校共同研制的新型泵类产品，它具有工程投资少，维护管理方便，运行条件好，工作可靠性高及有利于自动化等优点。它广泛应用于农田排灌，工矿船坞，城市建设，电站给排水和水利工程中。

使用方法

适用于输送清水或物理化学性质类似于水的其它液体
被输送介质温度为：40℃
被输送介质 PH 值：5～9
潜水深度为：10m
每两次启动间隔时间不小于 10 分钟。

表示法

叶轮采用目的水力模型换算所得，性能优良、稳定、成熟。选择较小的nD值，抗汽蚀性能好，确保运行平稳。两套独立的机械密封，使电机与泵密封隔离；上下串联安装，提供多重保险，提高了可靠性。油室运用油润滑并冷却密封，在电机与所输送的介质之间起到隔离作用。内留的体积可减缓油室内压力的升高。机组启动瞬间，电机启动力矩的反作用力矩，常常会使机组整体向相反方向旋转，防转装置能解决这种问题。轴承采用滚动轴承，能够承受所有的轴向和径向负荷，并完全与泵输送的介质分开。泵与电机同轴，结构紧凑，轴伸尽量缩短，从设计上减小挠度，运动时振动小，密封和轴承寿命更长。高性能鼠笼式感应电机，特别为潜水泵设计制造，符合GB755标准。绝缘等为F，zui高工作温度可达135℃.随功率不同,可采用380V、660V、3KV、6KV、10KV等电压等，对高电压电机采用两次VPI绝缘工艺，确保绝缘可靠。电机外壳直接将热量传到周围介质中，热量被周围的水流带走。大功率高电压电机，采用内风道散热技术，使得三相绕组温升低、温度场分布均匀。潜水泵装有多道保护装置，可把引线引至电控箱。
