QJB系列混合型高速潜水搅拌机广泛适用于污水处理厂的工艺流程中，搅拌含有悬浮物的污水、稀泥浆、工业废水等，创建水流，加强搅拌功能，防止污泥沉淀，是市政和工业污水处理工艺流程上的重要设备。

用途
混合型高速潜水搅拌机适用于污水处理厂平衡池、硝化/反硝化池、污泥处理和储存池，以及工业流程中搅拌含有悬浮物、固杂物的液体，防止沉淀。

性能及特点
1.结构紧凑，体积小，重量轻，操作维护简单、安装检修方便、使用寿命长；
2.叶轮具有的水力设计结构，工作效率高，后掠式叶片具有自清洁功能，可防杂物缠绕、堵塞；

操作系统：

1.潜水搅拌机的用设备安装系统可在无需排出池中污水的情况下，能快速设备和拆开潜水搅拌机   

2.当池深H<4米时建议选用设备安装系统。潜水搅拌机的潜水深度能够根据需要进行笔直方向的调理，而且在水平做作内可绕导杆旋转的大视点为正负60°起吊体系底座、支撑架和下托架与 池的有关连接面均选用膨胀螺栓固定，无需预留孔。设备体系二用导向钢绳代替导杆，具有运送便利，现场设备简略等特色。该体系从根本避免了因为运送引起导杆弯曲的、变形然后影响正常 使用的情况，并有效改进了池深过深情况下，因为导杆的设备误差而导致的无法正常起吊等现象。在有悬臂池顶的设备条件下更显得操作便利牢靠。   

3. 客户订货时，请供给池深H及池形图，以便厂房加工时确定导杆或导向钢丝的尺寸。设备体系的原料选用不锈钢(或碳钢)制造。设备体系中除导杆或导向钢起吊底座外，多台搅拌机可公用 一套起吊设备。
