如克双曲面搅拌机固液气搅拌机整机由驱动装置和双曲面叶轮体及安装附件组成，为了满足用户不同工况条 件下的使用，安装分为干式(也称立轴式)和潜水式两种。干式安装，将驱动装置固定在工作桥上，通过传动 轴将动能传至介质中的叶轮部件，它用于含固率高，水温高，含有磨蚀性的液体中，由于叶轮具有自动纠偏 功能，运行较平稳，减速机噪音小于 60 分贝。潜水式安装，可免去桥架，采用潜水动力，利用设备自重定 位，安装灵活方便，适用在水深较深，且水质稳定，不含磨蚀性的水体，水温不大于 40℃，PH 值 6~9 之间， 其特点是无噪音，无视觉障碍。
G/Q/FSJ 型系列曲面搅拌机作为搅拌混合设备，适用于各种低黏度的液体之间、固液、气液之间的混合搅拌；不仅适用于圆形池、方形池，在长方形水池中分单元布置使用也比较常用。
在我国现有各种污水处理工艺中，波轮式搅拌机主要可以克服传统叶片（浆）式搅拌易出现死角，曝气 工艺水气混合效果不佳的问题，发挥其搅拌均匀的优势。主要特点表现在以下几个方面：
(1)可以用在各种液体与固体、气体混合的场合，可替代现有搅拌设备，实现三维立体、螺旋状的混合， 使搅拌 均匀，提高搅拌效率。

1 安装由合格电工检查电机、电器，并确定转向，叶轮离池底工作距离应≤300mm，且池底平整，结 实，池内无建筑垃圾。
2 如果长时间设备不运行，重新启动时要防止淤积造成叶轮堵塞而损坏电机。
3 在封闭池中要考虑到叶轮的进出口尺寸。
4 无论何种安装方式，应注意水下电缆要固定好，防止磨损。
5 使用应仔细阅读产品安装使用说明书。
