搅拌机主要零部件材质规定如下：

a）机壳材质为碳钢；

b）叶轮、导流罩材质为碳钢；

c）导轨、支架、起吊装置材质为碳钢；

控制方式

控制箱带有起/停控制按钮运行指示灯、紧急停车按钮，自动/手动切换开关，当切换到自动状态时，搅拌机可受到来自中央控制室PLC送来的开、停命令，当切换到手动时，可就地手动控制开停。

就地控制箱可实现设备的自保护，具有过热、过流和泄漏保护功能，并可预留PLC接口。
