如克皮带输送机适用于化工、冶金、煤矿、水电、建材等部门、他可输送各种块状、粒状等散状物料，因此也经常与城市污水中的格栅或脱水机配套，输送栅渣或脱水污泥。
适用工作环境温度为-15°C～40°C之间；也可用于水平式化学物料输送。倾斜向上输送时据物料性质确定其倾角。
该设备采用连续式槽形带式，物料由格栅或脱水机卸料口落入输送带上，在电动滚筒的驱动下，物料从一端移动到另一端，末端与垃圾桶相衔接，再另行处理。
