结构

本机主要由转鼓格栅网、铣刀、垫片、主轴、轴承、机封、机架、减速机、电机、电控箱等构成。
在驱动部件带动下，转鼓格栅的齿耙作圆周运动，将被圆形栅条截留的水中杂物，送至破碎机，而水从格栅中流过。破碎机驱动部件带动主动轴转动，同时主动轴通过精密齿轮带动从动轴转动，使固定于两轴上的铣刀呈逆向旋转，而将固体物咬挤破碎。

订购流程

1.订货时请用户提供使用环境、过水流量、工作水位高度；
2.圆形格栅中机架、栅条、齿耙、轴等用户如需不锈钢材质，应另行注明；
3.不注明所配电控箱为常规控制，如有要求应另行注明；
4.用户如需不锈钢铣刀，应另行注明；
5.破碎机电机为 IP67/IP68 电机，可同时正常工作在水中和空气中。如需采用普通电机，为防电机浸水， 需要加长轴，用户应另行注明。
