在煤质量的检测中，其中一个重要的指标就是煤的发热量。在现有的检测手段中，所述的煤发热量采用的是量热仪。如中国公开号为CN204372982U的《量热仪的点火装置》所述，其量热仪的点火主要采用的是熔断式点火丝点火和非熔断式点火丝棉线点火两种方式。当采用非熔断式点火丝棉线点火时，其一般为将电热金属丝固定在正负电极上。然后将棉线上端固定在点火丝上，棉线下端良好接触样品，通电后在金属丝发热引燃棉线，进而将样品引燃。

但是，如中国公开号为CN204372982U的《量热仪的点火装置》所述的长寿命量热仪氧弹点火丝，其采用的中间折弯的结构在实际使用的过程中依旧存在着安装不固定，棉线缠绕不够方便的问题。另外，点火丝经折弯，形成应力集中，容易形成缺陷，降低使用寿命。
