山东手推式洗地机的构成和使用方法

　　手推式洗地机是将喷水、洗地、吸水三个工序结合到起的多功能地面清洁设备，通过自带动力源可以完成大范围除尘、除污工作，多用于酒店大堂、车库、通道等环境的除尘作业。

　　手推式洗地机由控制柄、真空开关、清洗刷开关、蓄电池、控制面板、高效吸刷组件、污水箱、溶液箱、安全灯、后轮、清洗头、清洗裙罩、滚动轮等构成。

　　在操作先查看电表确认剩余电量，再检查外观，检查清洗垫或清洗刷是否完好，并提清除地板上的杂物和颗粒类垃圾。确认切正常后，将溶液流量杆拉起，关闭溶液阀门，打开溶液箱盖注入机器指定清洁溶液，边注入边注意溶液位置。将高效吸刷和清洗刷降至与地板接触的位置，保证刷子能充分刮擦地面。打开开关，刷子开始运转，调节溶液流量杆使溶液流量适当并向推动机器。推动机器的轨迹遵循由外圈向内圈再由内部向外部依次进行的顺序。完成洗刷工作后关闭所有开关，如果溶液箱排空，要继续吸水，确保将所有污水吸入污水箱，然后排除污水和溶液，冲洗污水箱和溶液箱，防止液体残留干燥后堵塞系统。后抬起清洁刷和高效吸刷，用干净的半干抹布擦拭机器外壳，干燥后移动到充电处充电。

　　Hand push floor washer is a multi-functional floor cleaning equipment which combines the three processes of water spraying, floor washing ａnd water absorption. It can complete large-scale dust removal ａnd decontamination through its own power source. It is mostly used for dust removal in hotel lobby, garage, passageway ａnd other environments.

　　The hand push floor washer consists of a control handle, a vacuum switch, a cleaning brush switch, a storage battery, a control panel, a high-efficiency suction brush component, a sewage tank, a solution tank, a safety lamp, a rear wheel, a cleaning head, a cleaning skirt cover, a rolling wheel, etc.

　　Before the operation, check the electricity meter to confirm the remaining power, then check the appearance, check whether the cleaning pad or brush is in good condition, ａnd remove the debris ａnd particulate garbage on the floor in advance. After confirming that everything is normal, pull up the solution flow rod, close the solution valve, open the solution tank cover, inject the cleaning solution specified by the machine, ａnd pay attention to the solution position while injecting. Reduce the efficient suction brush ａnd cleaning brush to the position contacting with the floor to ensure that the brush can fully scratch the floor. Turn on the switch, the brush starts to run, adjust the solution flow rod to make the solution flow appropriate ａnd push the machine forward. The trajectory of the driving machine follows the sequence from the outer ring to the inner ring, ａnd then from the inside to the outside. After finishing the washing work, turn off all the switches. If the solution tank is empty, continue to absorb water. Make sure that all the sewage is sucked into the sewage tank, ａnd then drain the sewage ａnd solution. Flush the sewage tank ａnd solution tank to prevent the system from being blocked after the liquid residue is dry. Finally, lift up the cleaning brush ａnd high efficiency suction brush, wipe the machine shell with clean semi dry cloth, ａnd move to the charging place to charge after drying.
