Objective: To observe the effect of Ruangan Huajian Granule on hydroxyproline (Hyp) in liver tissue ａnd serum of C57 mice with liver fibrosis. Methods Forty C57 mice were randomly divided into four groups, namely normal control group, model control group, model Ruangan Huajian Granule group ａnd model colchicine group, with 10 mice in each group. The model colchicine group was treated with colchicine. after 6 weeks of treatment, the contents of Hyp, transforming growth factor β1( TGF-β1) ａnd type ⅰ collagen in peripheral blood serum of mice were detected by ELISA. the liver tissue samples of mice in each group were collected ａnd the content of Hyp in liver tissue was detected by alkaline hydrolysis.

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Sanxian Decoction on the contents of hydroxyproline (Hyp) ａnd transforming growth factor-β 1 (TGF-β 1) in lung tissue of mice with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis induced by bleomycin. Methods 0.2~0.3 ml bleomycin with a concentration of 5 mg/kg was injected into C57BL/6 mice through trachea to establish pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model, ａnd 18 successful mice were randomly divided into model group. High dose group [5.6625, 11.3250, 22.6500 mg/(kg d)], positive group [15 mg/(kg d) methylprednisolone], 3 mice in each group, ａnd sham operation group ａnd normal group, 3 mice in each group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure HYP in right lung tissue.
