The feeding quantity of each scale in the batching room can be calculated by first weighing half a meter of material weight, ａnd then measuring the time of turning a circle of the weighing belt. The calculation formula is M=a*2*s/t, where M is the feeding quantity, a is the weight of half a meter, s is the circumference of the weighing belt, ａnd t is the rotation time of the weighing belt. Therefore, in theory, the central control screen shows that the output frequency of the belt scale ａnd the S/T weighing belt speed is strictly proportional.
