BP Energol HLP是一系列的以矿物油为基础油的液压油，它采用高品质矿物油，加入先 进的无锌添加剂配制而成，有极 高的氧化稳定性及抗泡沫能力，更有出色的抗磨损及防腐蚀作用，能延长液压系统的操作寿命。可根据液压系统的要求选择不同粘度的产品。

该油具有优 秀的表面湿润特性，且同现代液压系统的密封材料相容。它有效地降低了严苛环境下密封材料表面的粘连，从而将密封材料的磨损降至 低。

Description

Energol HLP hydraulic oils are a range of premium quality products based upon BP＇s proven ashless sulphur-phosphorus additive technology. This unique additive system has many benefits over traditional zinc containing products, especially when the oils operate in moist conditions. It results in improved corrosion prevention, reduced wear ａnd significantly better filtration performance.

Applications

Energol HLP is primarily for use in hydraulic equipment, but is also suitable for other duties in which lubricants of high oxidation stability ａnd lubrication performance are required.

Energol HLP range of oils exceed the requirements of the German DIN 51524 part 2, CETOP RP 47H and

American Vickers 1.286.S specifications for anti-wear hydraulic oils ａnd are classified as ISO type HM. The

oils have been formulated to minimize oxidation and foaming ａnd to ensure long machinery life by reducing

wear to a minimum ａnd preventing corrosion. The oils are compatible with the seal materials used in modern hydraulic systems.

Storage

All packages should be stored under cover. Where

outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid

horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and

the obliteration

of drum markings. Products should not be stored above60°C, exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.
