一、用途及原理
The DFYK floating ball level controller is suitable for the liquid level control of various pools ａnd water towers, ａnd is especially suitable for automatic control ａnd alarm of liquids containing solid or semi-solid flotation ａnd viscous sewage water level.
At the bottom of the liquid level, the floating ball floats on the water surface in a positive state. The hammer in the floating ball is separated from the dry Reed ａnd the magnetic ring area. The dry Reed keeps the original pair of contacts disconnected ａnd the pair of contacts are closed. state. When the liquid level rises to the upper limit, the floating ball turns upside down, ａnd the hammer falls into the magnetic ring dry Reed suction zone, closing the magnetic path ａnd rapidly converting the output contact state(the principle of using a Mercury switch in the floating ball is similar).
Description of type

DFYK型浮球液位控制器适用于各种水池、水塔的液位控制，且特别适用于含有固体或半固体漂浮物的液体及带粘性的污水水位自动控制与报警。
液位在下限时，浮球呈正置状态浮在水面上，浮球内的动锤脱离干簧管与磁环的区域，干簧管保持原有的一对触点断开，一对触点闭合的状态。当液位上升到上限时浮球翻转倒置，动锤落到磁环干簧管吸合区，使磁路闭合，输出触点状态迅速转换（浮球内使用水银开关的原理相仿）。
二、类型说明
1、壳体内按被 控液体的比重加入固体填充材料，使球体的总重量略小于液体的浮力，称为重球。适用液体比重范围0.65－1.5。
2、壳体内不加固体填充材料称为“轻球”。用于控制含有杂质、悬浮物和沉淀物的液体的液位，其动作不受液体比重的影响。
