红外调制传输
PO40国产机床测头品牌设计的红外调制传输功能，抗杂光干扰能力强。传输覆盖范围大，XY平面覆盖角度360°，Z方向覆盖角度±85°，直线传输距离可达5m（标准功耗）。
• 高重复精度、超长寿命：
2δ<1.0 μm，触发寿命超过1000万次。
多种开启/关闭方式
默认使用M代码开启/关闭测头。当机床端口未准备好时，也可使用接收器自动开启及测头延时关闭功能。
• 高电池寿命
特殊的低功耗设计，保证电池可连续使用150小时（5%的使用率下使用90天以上），当选择低功率模式时，电池寿命更长。
• 直观的测头诊断指示灯
提供唤醒/关闭、就位/触发及电池状态信息，轻松判定测头当状态，使用更方便，安全性更高。
• 使用兼容性
与主流产品用法相同，方便客户使用。
• 测头密封
复合IPX8，适应于各种恶劣的机床加工环境。
3D测量软件
可与中图在机测量软件配合使用，自动生成测量程序，提供3D测量数据及分析报告
1. 工件坐标设置：设置工件原点，修正工件坐标系，确定毛坯加工量。
2. 零件找正：工件找正，判定工件装夹定位是否准确，是否夹紧变形。
3. 尺寸测量：台阶高测量、尺寸测量、直径测量。
4. 位置测量：孔间距测量、垂直度测量、位置度测量、角度测量等。
5. 曲面测量：叶片形状测量、模具曲面测量、复杂形状测量。
6. 序后检测：工件测量完成，尺寸超差报警，修正刀补。
7. 工件有无判断。
