Mars系列三维尺寸测量设备是一种高精度的测量设备，可以测量复杂物体的形状、尺寸和位置等几何参数。任何形状都是由空间点组成的，所有的几何量测量都可以归结为空间点的测量，因此用三坐标进行空间点坐标的精确采集，是评定任何几何形状的基础。

支持触发、扫描和非接触式探测系统。能够对各种零件和部件的尺寸、形状及相互位置关系进行检测，也可以对软材质或复杂零件进行光学扫描测量。并且支持测头更换架以及影像相机，同时支持精密转台等。
