【英文名称】:Stomach-Fundus Lysate 【货号】:21-213 【简介】:Monkey (Cynomolgus) stomach-fundus tissue lysate was prepared byhomogenization using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen inliquid nitrogen immediately after excision ａnd then stored at ⁻⁷0C. Themonkey (Cynomolgus) stomach-fundus tissue total protein is provided in abuffer including HEPES (pH 7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol,Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, ａnd a cocktail of protease inhibitors. Forquality control purposes, the stomach-fundus tissue pattern on SDS-PAGEgel is shown to be consistent for each lot by visualization withcoomassie blue staining. The stomach-fundus tissue is then Westernanalyzed by either GAPDH or β-actin antibody, ａnd the expression levelis consistent with each lot.
