三、水平垂直燃烧测定仪的特点:
是外形美观、大方、传动平稳、结构紧凑、调整范围大,施加火焰时间采用自动控制,并没有电子打火装置,操作方便。所得结果可靠,为研 究阻燃材料提供依据,以及将各种材料相互对比和分级。
四、水平垂直燃烧测定仪定义:
1、垂直燃烧法:可测定材料在接触引燃源时的燃烧性能,包括熄灭时间,火焰蔓延的范围及时间,以及由于该材料的燃烧行为是否引起 其它物质的燃烧方法,对材料进行对比及耐燃分级。
2、水平燃烧法:适用于常温时,一端固定后能水平支撑,另一端下垂不大10mm的塑料试样或其它自支撑材料的质量控制试验和燃烧性的分类试验。是控制材料耐燃质量和评价产品的有力手段。
3、纺织织物─阻燃性能测定─垂直法:规定了一种测定各种阻燃处理织物阻燃性能的试验方法,可用以测定织物阻止燃烧及炭化的倾向。用于有阻燃要求的服装织物、装饰织物、帐蓬织物等阻燃发生性能的测定。
4、有焰燃烧
在规定的试验条件下,移开点火源后,材料火焰持续的燃烧。
5、有焰燃烧时间
在规定的试验条件下,移开点火源后,材料持续有焰燃烧的时间。
6、无焰燃烧
在规格的试验条件下,移开点火源后,当有焰燃烧终止或无火焰产生时材料保持辉光的燃烧。
7、无焰燃烧时间
在规格的试验条件下,当有焰燃烧终止或移开点火源后,材料持续无焰燃烧的时间。
五、水平垂直燃烧测定仪原理
水平或垂直地夹住试样一端,对试样自由端施加规定的气体火焰,通过测量线性燃烧速度(水平法)或有焰燃烧及无焰燃烧时间(垂直法)等来评价试样的燃烧性能。
六、水平垂直燃烧测定仪技术指标:
1、试样尺寸:
试样尺寸长(125±5)mm,宽(13.0±0.3)mm,厚(3.0±0.2)mm
经有关各方协商,也可采用其他厚度,但最大厚度不应超过13mm,并应在试验报告中注明。
注:厚度、密度、各向异性材料的方向、颜料、填料及阻燃剂种类和含量不同一的试样,其试验结果不能相互比较。
2、环境温度(标准要求):(23±2)℃ 相对湿度:(50±5)%
3、供电电压和功率:220V±10%、50HZ、100W;
4、气源:工业级甲烷气或其他燃料气体(如家用液化石油气,天然气,煤气等)
5、仪器外型尺寸约:长720mmⅹ宽370mmⅹ高850mm;
6、计时装置:精确至1s
7、测厚仪或测微计: 精确至0.01 mm
8、最好使用医用脱脂棉;
9、本生灯对试样施加火焰时间分三档:10s、12s、30s;
10、 实验室燃烧器(本生灯):

11、 本生灯倾斜45°(也可调)。
