一、适用范围Range of application

长崎TK-GZ系列高温真空干燥箱适用于科研单位、专业院校、电子、工矿等企事业单位的生产、实验现场，模拟在真空状态下对成品、半成品、原材料进行高温老化实验。

It can be used on research ａnd development institution, specialty universities, electronics, industrial ａnd mining enterprises ａnd other enterprises such as production, experiment site, the simulation under the vacuum state to finished products, semi-finished products ａnd raw materials for high temperature aging test.

二、产品结构特点Product Feature

1．箱体采用优质冷轧钢板，表面静电喷涂，防锈能力极强。

2．工作室为优质不锈钢板，四周圆角、光滑，工艺水平良好。

3．箱体与工作室之间，充填超细玻璃棉隔热材料，保温功能良好，能有效保证箱内实验温度。

4．箱门为双层玻璃稳固结构，隔热性能良好，实验观察方便。

5．工作室与玻璃门之间装有耐热橡胶密封圈，密封性良好。

Between studio ａnd glass door is equipped with heat resistant rubber seal, sealing is good.

6．加热器均匀安装在工作室内壁的外表面，良好保证箱内温度的均匀性。

To evenly ensure the inner temperature of the case, the heater should be properly installed on the inner wall of the working chamber

7．温度控制采用微电脑智能数字技术，控温精度高、抗干扰能力强，操作方便。
