During the synthesis process, N3-C2-NHS ester can be covalently linked to antibody molecules to form stable coupling products. This coupling product can be specifically recognized ａnd bound to target cells in vivo, ａnd then enter the cell interior through an internalization process, releasing small molecules. N3-C2-NHS ester, as an non degradable ADC linker, plays a crucial role in the synthesis of antibody conjugated drugs.
