【产品原文引用】The contents of SIgA (E-78235) in saliva ａnd serum IL-2 (E-80069),

IL-6 (E-80071), ａnd TNF-α (E-80095) were determined using commercial ELISA test kits (Shanghai Jinma Laboratory Equipment Corporation., Ltd., Shanghai, China, LOT201410) following the manufacturer’s instructions. Briefly, captured antibodies against bovine SIgA or bovine IL-2, IL-6, ａnd TNF-α were coated on plate wells. The serum ａnd saliva samples were incubated with the solution ａnd then washed to remove nonspecific binding. Horseradish peroxidase bovine anti-bovine SIgA or IL-2, IL-6, ａnd TNF-α were used as detection antibodies. Optical density was recorded at 450 nm with a microplate reader (Bio-tek Instrument Inc., USA). Standard curves drawn from the concentration ａnd standard absorbance were used to quantify the saliva SIgA ａnd serum IL-2, IL-6, ａnd TNF-α levels.

carried out using an ELISA kit from Shanghai Jinma Biotechnology Co.,

Ltd. (Shanghai, China), following the instructions described by the

manufacturer. The carry-over assessment was expressed using a transfer

factor (TF, feed to the intestine). TF was calculated from the formula:

level of ZEA in intestine/level of ZEA in feed x 100%.
