索氏提取器，又称脂肪抽取器或脂肪抽出器。索氏提取器是由提取瓶、提取管、冷凝器三部分组成的，提取管两侧分别有虹吸管和连接管，各部分连接处要严密不能漏气。提取时，将待测样品包在脱脂滤纸包内，放入提取管内。提取瓶内加入石油醚，加热提取瓶，石油醚气化，由连接管上升进入冷凝器，凝成液体滴入提取管内，浸提样品中的脂类物质。待提取管内石油醚液面达到定高度，溶有粗脂肪的石油醚经虹吸管流入提取瓶。流入提取瓶内的石油醚继续被加热气化、上升、冷凝，滴入提取管内，如此循环往复，直到抽提完全为止。

索氏提取器 操作步骤
1.把滤纸做成与提取器大小相应的滤纸筒，然后把需要提取的样品放入滤纸筒内，装入提取器。注意滤纸筒既要紧贴器壁，又要方便取放。（滤纸筒上可以套圈棉线，方便提取完成后取出滤纸筒。）被提取物高度不能超过虹吸管，否则被提取物不能被溶剂充分浸泡，影响提取效果。被提取物亦不能漏出滤纸筒，以免堵塞虹吸管。如果试样较轻，可以用脱脂棉压样。
2.在提取用的烧瓶中加入提取溶剂和沸石（没有沸石可以用玻璃珠或碎瓷片，目的就是防止暴沸）。
3.连接好烧瓶、提取器、回流冷凝管，接通冷凝水,加热。沸腾后，溶剂的蒸气从烧瓶进到冷凝管中，冷凝后的溶剂回流到滤纸筒中，浸取样品。溶剂在提取器内到达定的高度时，就携带所提取的物质同从侧面的虹吸管流入烧瓶中。溶剂就这样在仪器内循环流动，把所要提取的物质集中到下面的烧瓶内。索氏萃取具有可靠的自动化性，通用性和真正达标性等特点，适用于所有范围的固-液萃取，不用担心会受困于方法的开发，还向您好提供了大的程序调节参数库。对于那些已经建立并且众所周知的萃取技术，RB90B-811 保留有四种不同的即用型萃取模式，

4、连续萃取。
无论是索氏萃取还是热萃取，都无需安装转换组件。 每种萃取模式都可由三个步骤建立 - 萃取，冲洗和干燥，这全部由计算机控制，
确保了实验条件同性和结果的可靠性。系统的标准版，指的是样品玻璃管和溶剂烧杯的尺寸。
样品玻璃管大容积为 120 ml，溶剂烧杯大容积为 150 ml。

Operation procedure of soxler extractor
1. Filter the filter paper to the filter cartridge corresponding to the size of the extractor, ａnd then place the samples that need to be extracted into the filter cartridge ａnd load the extractor. Note that the filter cartridge should be both close to the wall ａnd easy to be released.
(a loop of cotton thread can be set on the filter cylinder to facilitate the extraction of the filter cartridge.) The extract height cannot exceed the siphon, otherwise the extract cannot be fully soaked by the solvent, affecting the extraction effect.
The filter can not be used to prevent the siphon from being blocked. If the sample is lighter, you can press the sample with the absorbent cotton.
2. Add solvent ａnd zeolite to the extracted flask (no zeolite can be used with glass beads or pieces of porcelain to prevent overboiling).
3. Connect the flask, extractor ａnd reflux condenser tube, ａnd connect the condenser water to heat. After boiling, the vapor from the solvent goes from the flask to the condensing tube, ａnd the condensed solvent is returned to the filter cylinder to soak up the sample.
When the solvent reaches a certain height in the extractor, it carries the extracted material from the side siphon to the flask. The solvent then circulates through the instrument, concentrating the material to be extracted

It also provides a great library of program adjustment parameters. For the extraction techniques that have been established ａnd are known, rb90b-811 retains four different out-of-the-box extraction modes.

2. Sols heating extraction
3. Thermal extraction
4. Continuous extraction.
No conversion components need to be installed, either for extraction or thermal extraction. Each extraction mode can be established by three steps - extraction, flushing ａnd drying, which are all controlled by the computer.
Ensure the uniformity of experimental conditions ａnd the reliability of the results. The standard version of the system refers to the size of the sample glass tube ａnd solvent beaker.
The maximum volume of the sample glass tube is 120 ml, ａnd the maximum volume of the solvent beaker is 150 ml.
