微量脂质体挤出器LF-1工作原理即通过动力端产生一定的压力，挤压样品通过聚碳酸酯膜（PC滤膜），挤出后的样品，其粒径分布均匀，可达到纳米。样品的粒径大小与挤出压力及PC滤膜的孔径有关。
