The BP EnergreaseTM SY series is a premium quality extreme pressure (EP) grease used primarily in a variety of greases. Various applications at extreme temperatures. Applications

Energrease SY 1501 is an NLGI Grade 1 grease with a very high ISO VG 1500 synthetic base oil. The recommended operating temperature range for Energrease SY 1501 is -20 ° C to 180 ° C, with appropriate relubrication intervals. Energrease SY 2202 is a versatile, extreme pressure grease recommended for heavy duty automotive ａnd industrial applications. It uses ISO VG 220 synthetic fluid. Although it is an NLGI Grade 2 product, it has excellent low temperature pumpability ａnd is recommended for operation from -40 ° C to 180 ° C.

Energrease SY 4601 is recommended for demanding industrial applications. Provides excellent bearing protection at low to medium speed high loads ａnd in applications where water resistance is critical. Replenishing grease is recommended for 4601 in steel ａnd paper mills. The recommended operating temperature range is -40 ° C to 180 ° C.

Energrease SY 4600 is formulated as an NLGI 00 grade consistency from an ISO VG 460 synthetic base. The recommended operating temperature range is -40 ° C to 180 ° C. Its main purpose is to withstand high temperatures in grease-filled gearboxes, ａnd traditional semi-fluid greases can quickly deteriorate. It is also suitable for sealing heavy truck wheel bearings.
