一、 功能与用途

I. Function ａnd purpose

DEW-50A系列微机控制电子式万能试验机适用于橡胶、塑料、纺织物、防水材料、电线电缆、网绳、金属丝、金属棒、金属板等材料的拉伸试验，增加附具可做压缩、弯曲试验。

Series WDW-E Microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine is applicable for tensile tests of material like rubber, plastic, textile, waterproofing material, cable, network wire, metal wire, metal rod, metal plate ａnd others. With attaching tools, it can also do compression ａnd bending tests.

二、主机结构

II. Main engine structure

由上横梁、中横梁、下横梁及底面板通过两对滚珠丝杠和立柱构成框架结构。由全数字交流伺服电机驱动减速机及同步齿型带，带动两对高精度无间隙的精密滚珠丝杠转动，驱动横梁上下移动。

The engine structure is formed by the upper beam, the middle beam, the lower beam ａnd the bottom panel with two pairs of ball screw-rod ａnd a vertical column. The all-digital AC motor drives the reducer ａnd the synchronic gear belt, so as to turn two pairs of high-precision ａnd seamless ball screw-rod, ａnd to make the beam move up ａnd down.

III. Main engine framework

采用高精度、无间隙精密滚珠丝杠，提高了传动效率和位移精度。采用高强度光杠固定上横梁及工作台面，构成高刚性的框架结构。

The high-precision ａnd seamless ball screw-rod has improved transmission efficiency ａnd displacement precision. The upper beam ａnd working table is fixed with high-intensive light bars, which constitute a highly rigid frame structure.

四、位移测量装置

采用高精度光电编码器，相对精度最高可以达到±1%。

The relative accuracy can reach up to ± 1%, with the high-precision photoelectric encoder.

VI. Testing Force measurement

采用高精度、高稳定性的轮辐式拉压应变传感器，配以高精度的测量放大系统，保证了试验力的高精度。

根据用户需求可使用多个传感器，实现试验力宽范围的测量。

The high-precision ａnd high stability Spoke strain sensor ａnd high-precision measuring amplification system ensures the high-precision of the test force.

Multiple sensors can be used to realize a broad range of test forces according to users’ requirements.

七、限位开关

该机具有限位保护，达到限位后自动停机。

The machine has a limit protection for auto-stop.

n The big liquid crystal displayer displays the real-time test force, peak value, displacement, speed, status, etc. throughout the trial process.

n 破断判断：试样断裂后，移动横梁自动停止移动
